After an especially snowy winter, we found leaky spots in our float roofed living room. Bill came out quickly and was able to provide a detailed estimate for both the interior and exterior repairs that would be needed. He also was very helpful in dealing with our homeowners insurance company - providing them with multiple photographs and a detailed estimate that enabled us to get a all of the needed work covered. His crew was polite and did a nice job communicating with me as to their progress and their plans for each work day. As i was home for the work, it was great to know when they would be working and when they would return each day. Bill stopped in and called to be sure that we were happy as the project went along and was great following up on any questions we had. His crew knew that we would be paining the room once their work was done, so they even patched up spots on the wall and caulked the trim so that we would be ready to work. As far as home improvement projects go, this one was a breeze thanks to Perfect Construction.

He was very responsive. We called him once at 10pm at night and he came right out and fixed our problem. His estimate was right on, and he gave us options. He sent us to choose everything we wanted, and when the work was finished, he tidied up all the loose details of the remodel and then cleaned up the trash.
